Getting started

What does Virtual On The Go actually do? +

We provide vetted, U.S.-managed virtual assistants from our offices in Pakistan. They handle admin, support, design, social, healthcare admin, and more. We layer AI tools on top so the work moves faster, with fewer mistakes.

How fast can I get started? +

Five business days from discovery call to first delivery. Day 1: discovery. Day 2: matched with 1–2 VA candidates. Days 3–4: workflow capture. Day 5: launch.

Are you really based in the U.S.? +

Yes. Virtual On The Go is a Pittsburgh-based U.S. company with our own physical offices in Pakistan. Founder Dr. Rivka Colen leads the U.S. team. Your account manager is in the U.S.; your VA is in our Pakistan office.

Do you serve clients outside the U.S.? +

Yes. We serve clients globally — U.S., Canada, U.K., EU, Australia, and beyond. Our VAs are multilingual (English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic) so we can support customer-facing work in multiple languages.

Talent & quality

How do you vet your VAs? +

Multi-stage screening: language test, situational interviews, skill assessments specific to the work type (healthcare admin, design, etc.), reference checks, and a 30-day probationary period inside our offices before they're matched with clients.

What if my VA isn't a fit? +

Tell us within the first 14 days and we'll re-match you at no cost. After that, we'll re-match anytime there's a quality issue — your account manager is your point of contact.

Can my VA work U.S. business hours? +

Yes. Many of our VAs work U.S. EST/CST/PST hours. We match based on your schedule and coverage needs.

What languages do your VAs speak? +

All VAs speak fluent business English. Many also speak Spanish (especially valuable for U.S. and LATAM customer-facing work), Urdu, Hindi, and/or Arabic. Tell us your language needs at intake.

Pricing & contracts

How does pricing work? +

Three packages: Starter ($1,495/mo, 40 hrs), Growth ($2,495/mo, 80 hrs), and Scale (custom). All-inclusive — no add-on fees for U.S. management, AI tools, or backup coverage.

Are there long-term contracts? +

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We have a 14-day satisfaction window — full refund if we don't deliver value early on.

What's not included in the price? +

Third-party software you ask us to use (e.g., your own subscriptions to Canva, Adobe, etc.) is on you. Custom integrations beyond standard tools may be a one-time setup fee — quoted upfront, never surprise.

Security & compliance

Is my data secure? +

Yes. Our offices use enterprise-grade infrastructure: encrypted endpoints, secure VPN access, SSO where available, audit logs, and access-controlled credentials. We sign NDAs and BAAs as needed.

Do you support HIPAA workflows? +

Yes. We have HIPAA-aware workflows for healthcare clients, including BAAs, encrypted PHI handling, and trained staff. See our Compliance page for details.

What about confidentiality for legal work? +

NDAs are standard. Conflict-of-interest checks are run on every match. Document handling protocols match law-firm standards.
