These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Virtual On The Go, LLC ("VOTG"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
VOTG provides U.S.-managed virtual assistant services delivered by trained staff in our Pakistan offices, augmented by AI tools. The specific scope, hours, and deliverables of your engagement are described in your service agreement and selected package.
Services are billed monthly, in advance. Packages are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly described in your service agreement (e.g., the 14-day satisfaction window).
Monthly hours are tracked transparently and reported. Unused hours do not roll over. Add-on hours are billed at the rate in your service agreement. We aim to deliver work to a high professional standard; specific turnaround times are agreed during onboarding.
VOTG and its staff treat client information as confidential. We sign NDAs on request and follow strict access controls. Specific confidentiality obligations are detailed in your service agreement.
Work product created specifically for you under our engagement is your property upon payment. VOTG retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, processes, and templates. You grant VOTG a limited license to use your information solely to deliver the services.
You may not use VOTG services for: (a) illegal activities; (b) work that violates third-party rights; (c) harassment or harm; (d) circumventing our team's safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate engagements that violate these principles.
VOTG provides services with reasonable care and skill consistent with industry standards. We make no warranty that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as required by law, services are provided "as is."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOTG's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. VOTG may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees through the effective termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
